Lillian is an Executive Career Strategist with more than 20 years’ human resources experience and leadership in global financial services and insurance organizations. As a certified coach, Lillian works with leaders to strategize and make a meaningful shift that results in enhanced personal impact, elevated business performance, and greater personal success. She works with leaders to identify, create, and implement development strategies to achieve breakthrough impact in their professions and in life, while experiencing a fulfilling career.

During her corporate career, Lillian served as Director – Human Resources Shared Services for American International Group, Inc. (AIG), where she led the inaugural shared services employee relations function for North America. Immediately prior, Lillian served as Vice President – Human Resources of Woodforest National Bank, leading the national employee relations function. Prior experience included Vice President – Human Resources roles at JPMorgan Chase Bank, where she strategically managed employee relations matters, and led firmwide leadership development, training, program, and process improvement initiatives. Lillian serves as an instructor for the SHRM Learning System SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification programs. Lillian enjoys giving back to the community through service organizations.
